Refund Policy

Due to the nature of automotive detailing chemicals and third-party fulfillment, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Opened or used products

Chemical products

Clearance or sale items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos of the issue

 

Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order is placed with our supplier, cancellations are not possible.

 

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in order suspension or refusal of future service.
